What is the invisible character for?
The invisible character is a Unicode symbol that takes up space in text but can't be seen. People use it to separate symbols from names in nicknames, to create “blank” names and to line up text in bios.
- Game nickname: “꧁ㅤRaven ㅤ꧂” looks more balanced with an invisible space between frame and name.
- Blank name: some apps accept a name made only of invisible characters.
- Tidy bio: keeps spaces where the app would normally strip them.
Which character should I choose?
The Hangul Filler (ㅤ) is the most widely accepted in games, because systems treat it as a letter. Blank Braille (⠀) works well on social networks. The zero-width space is completely invisible, but many apps remove it automatically.
Tip: every app has its own rules and may block blank names or invisible characters at any time. Use them sensibly and never to impersonate someone.
